02Data collected
Through the contact form, and only if you fill it in:
- name and email address;
- company and current website (optional);
- project type, indicative budget and the content of your message.
No data is collected without your knowledge, and none is sold or passed on.
03Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. The processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures) and on the legitimate interest of Apilow Tech in following it up.
04Retention period
Exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for three years at most after the last contact without follow-up. If we work together, contractual and accounting documents are kept for the legal retention periods.
05Recipients and hosting
Only Apilow Tech has access to your data. It is stored with the website host:

07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@apilow.com. You will receive an answer within one month at most.
